David Pennington – Trustee

David Pennington has called Stonelick Township home for most of his life. He and his wife, Angie, are both proud graduates of the Clermont Northeastern School District, where their two children, Noah and Savannah, have also attended. Noah graduated from CNE in 2019, and Savannah is currently a junior at CNE High School.

Dave has a strong history of community involvement. He served eight years on the Clermont Northeastern School Board, including one year as Board President.

Additionally, he has held positions as a Director on both the CNE Education Foundation and the Great Oaks Board. Currently, he serves as President of the Clermont Northeastern Athletic Boosters and is a dedicated 4-H advisor for the Prime Producers 4-H Club. Dave has also enjoyed coaching basketball and soccer for CNE’s youth league, CNEAA.​In January 2020, Dave began his term as a Stonelick Township Trustee. He is honored to serve the community he and his family are deeply rooted in.

Naomi Stahl – Trustee

Naomi Stahl has proudly called Stonelick Township home for many years, demonstrating a deep commitment to the heart of the community.

A devoted mother and active resident, Naomi plays an important role in the township’s agricultural life. Her involvement in the local farm community reflects a strong work ethic, dedication to agriculture, and a deep connection to the local economy.

Beyond her agricultural roots, Naomi is passionate about youth development. She serves as the head advisor for a Clermont County 4-H club, where she mentors young members, teaching valuable life skills and instilling responsibility and pride in their community.

Naomi began her public service as a Stonelick Township Trustee in 2018. Since then, she has remained dedicated to representing the residents of the township and working to ensure that Stonelick remains a vibrant and thriving place for generations to come.

Edward (Moe) Cooper – Trustee

Edward "Moe" Cooper is a lifelong resident of Stonelick Township and a proud 1988 graduate of Clermont Northeastern High School. Moe recently retired after a distinguished career as a firefighter/paramedic with Sycamore Township Fire Department. Prior to that, he dedicated many years to Owensville Fire and Rescue, where he served in various roles, including volunteer firefighter, full-time firefighter, and eventually as Fire Chief.

Moe and his wife, Kim, have been married for 26 years. Kim is a first-grade teacher at Clermont Northeastern Elementary

School, further strengthening the family’s ties to the community. Together, they have two daughters: McKenzie, who works as a nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CHMC), and Kiley, who works in accounting at Total Quality Logistics (TQL).​ A strong supporter of local youth and athletics, Moe also coaches Clermont Northeastern’s cross-country team, sharing his passion and leadership with the next generation.​Moe has proudly served as a Stonelick Township Trustee since 2018 and remains committed to supporting the residents and continuing the township’s growth and success.

Tracey Sumner - Fiscal Officer

Tracey Sumner is a lifelong resident of Stonelick Township, where she lives with her husband, Jim. A proud graduate of Clermont Northeastern Schools, Tracey has dedicated much of her career to serving her hometown community.

She began working for Stonelick Township in 1999 as secretary and, in November 2000, was appointed as the Township’s Fiscal Officer. Tracey was re-elected to the position in November 2003 and has continued to serve in this role with dedication and integrity.

Tracey is actively involved in the community and is a member of St. Philomena Church. She takes great pride in her responsibilities as Fiscal Officer, working diligently to ensure the Township’s finances are managed responsibly and transparently.​ Deeply rooted in Stonelick Township, Tracey values the small-town atmosphere she and her family have always known. She is committed to supporting the community’s continued growth while preserving the Township’s unique charm.
